What is the price for Family Reunion 2010?

Registration per attendees is $499 through February 19th, 2010

Registration will increase to $525 beginning February 20th, 2010

What is the registration cancellation policy?

* Full-week, regular registrations and payment plan pre-registrations from Family Reunion 2009 are NONREFUNDABLE, but transferable.

* Payment Plans are NONREFUNDABLE, but transferable.

* One-day Passes are NONREFUNDABLE.

* Social Passes are NONREFUNDABLE.

* Full-week, regular registrations canceled before November 2, 2009, are refundable, less a $75 cancellation fee.

* Full-week, regular registrations canceled beginning November 3, 2009, are refundable, less a $175 cancellation fee.

* Full-week, regular registrations canceled beginning January 15, 2010, are NOT REFUNDABLE.

* Registrants who do not attend, "No-shows," will not receive a refund.

* Registrations cannot be carried over or transferred to a future event.


I registered for Family Reunion and now I am unable to attend.  I do not want to lose any of my registration fees, what should I do?

KWRI will be happy to assist with a transfer of the registration. If you are unable to find a suitable transferee within your Market Center, please utilize your Market Center Leadership to help contact other Market Centers within your Region


I am unable to attend Family Reunion and it is past the date for a refund, what should I do?

While Family Reunion cancellations beginning January 15th, 2010 are non-refundable, KWRI will be happy to assist with a transfer of the registration. If you are unable to find a suitable transferee within your Market Center, please utilize your Market Center Leadership to help contact other Market Centers within your Region.


How can I transfer my registration to another colleague?

To transfer a Family Reunion registration, please email familyreunion@kw.com with the name and confirmation number attached to the registration, as well as the name and contact information to whom you would like to transfer.  Any money transfers will need to be taken care between the current registrant and the transferee.

Will I be able to pick up registration badges for others in my party?

Unfortunately we are not able to give out multiple registration packets to one person.  We must check in each individual to ensure that their information is accurate, and registration personnel are required to provide any required event wristbands to the attendee.


I was unable to locate myself or another KW Associate when registering, what do I do now?

Be sure your KW White Pages Profile is up-to-date, as the Event Registration system pulls your information directly from this.  If you are missing information in your KW White Pages Profile you may have problems locating yourself or another KW Associate.


Additionally, searching by a KW Associate ID will allow you to locate yourself even if you are missing information in your KW Profile.  If you are unsure of your Associate ID, please visit the ‘My Information’ tab on http://www.kw.com where it will be included in your Profile information.


When will one-day passes and social passes be available?

One day passes and social passes are available through the online registration system.


The rates are as follows:

    *     $199 - per person, per full day program - inclusive of any evening activity for the day

    *     $50 - per person, per event (Red Bash, Awards Ceremony, Inspirational Brunch)


When does registration open?

Registration will open at 12pm on Saturday, February 20. Registration is located in Hall F.


What will the registration price be onsite?

Registration price onsite will be $525.


What information will be on my badge?

Family Reunion badges will include your name, city, and state.   To be sure that the most current and up-to-date information is listed on your badge, please visit the ‘My Information’ tab on http://www.kw.com and verify accuracy and make changes if necessary.


How do I change contact information for myself or someone else I have registered for Family Reunion?

What airline should I travel on?

When can I book my hotel?

Hotels are open for booking now and they are going fast!  Simply click here, select the hotel that works best for you, dial the 1-800 number listed and provide the Keller Williams code to to receive the discounted rates.


What are the closest hotels to MCC?

The Embassy Suites, Marriott Courtyard Convention Center, Springhill Suites and the Hilton Riverside are all within walking distance from the MCC. The Hilton Riverside is the Family Reunion Headquarters hotel. Please visit familyreunion.kw.com/hotels for more information on hotels and their proximity to MCC.


Once I land at the airport, how do I get to my hotel?

Airport Shuttle is the Official Ground Transportation Provider for the New Orleans International Airport. They offer transportation to and from Downtown & Uptown New Orleans Hotels, the French Quarter, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center & the Cruise Terminals.

For Departure Reservations, please call 504-522-3500 no later than 24 hours prior to your flight. Your advance reservation will ensure your timely departure to the Airport.

Shuttle service is priced at $15.00 (per person, one-way) or $30.00 (per person, round-trip). For Departure Reservations, please call 866-596-2699 no later than 24 hours prior to your flight.

Where do I pick up my medallion?

Medallions will be available for pick up at the Awards pick-up table by the registration area located in exhibit hall in hall G.

 
What is the criteria for Home Run Launch?
To be on this list, the MC must have first transmitted in 2008 (with their 12th transmittal falling some time in 2009). The MC must have achieved a total profitability of $100,000 or more. And remember, Total Profit is Owner Profit + Profit Share.

I am driving, where should I park at the Ernest M. Morial Convention Center?
There are numerous indoor and outdoor parking lots close to the Convention Center, including one adjacent to the Center.  Those who use nearby hotel parking have an easy walk.

Parking near the New Orleans Convention Center is available at the Fulton Street Garage, and at the Riverwalk. The Convention Center has no parking of its own.

I will need mobility assistance, where can I rent a scooter onsite?

Note: Rhino is no longer the contracted business center at the MCC. Please see below for an update:
The UPS Store Business Center provides attendees with electric scooter or wheelchair rental. Your mobility device must be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you during your event at our Lobby "F" Business Center at the Morial Convention Center. The Business Center can store your scooter each evening and recharge the battery (for no additional charge). Or, you can drive the scooter to any nearby hotel. For reservations, contact The UPS Store Business Center at 504-940-6464.


I need to ship or be shipped something onsite, where do I go?

Note: Rhino is no longer the contracted business center at the MCC. Please see below for an update: Located in Lobby F, The UPS Store Business Center is self-service or full-service, depending on your needs. UPS offers the following services exclusively to associates: Copy Services, Fax Services, Internet Workstations, Small Parcel Packaging and Shipping, Exhibit and Office Supplies, Signs and Banners, and much more. They also serve as the pick-up and drop-off point for pre-reserved electric scooter rental.


If you are an exhibitor, please follow the shipping directions located in your exhibitor guide to ensure delivery to the exhibit hall.

Will there be internet access available at MCC?

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the common areas, food courts and lobby areas in the MCC. Click here for more information.


Will my cell phone work inside of the MCC?

Cellular telephone services are not guaranteed inside any MCC facilities. The availability of cellular services inside the MCC can be impacted by the total number of users attempting to access the public cellular networks as well as your physical location inside the buildings. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your availability to these services please check with your personal cellular provider before attending your event at the MCC.


Where can I find an ATM inside of MCC?

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and Money Changing Machines are located throughout the convention center.


 What is the weather like in New Orleans in February?

Due to its location close to the Gulf of Mexico, New Orleans has a subtropical climate and mild weather, making it an ideal year-round destination. While generally moderate, it has been known to get rather cold at night. It is a good idea to pack clothes you can layer and a light jacket.
