To Make a New Hotel Reservation:

  1. Find your Confirmation Email & click your
    Registration Record link
  2. Click the >Book Your Hotel< button.

If you are in a group registration you will need to click the Magnifying Glass next to your name to access your personal record and the ‘Book Your Hotel!’ button.

Transfer Tickets! If you purchased a transfer ticket and are looking to book a new hotel reservation or transfer the previous agent’s hotel reservation to your name, please email approval from the original ticket holder and the following information to familyreunion@conferencedirect.com:

  1. Your ticket confirmation number
  2. The name of the attendee the ticket was purchased from
  3. Requested travel dates
  4. Preferred top 4 hotel choices

Email Offical Housing Bureau
